Teqnovia is working in close partnership with international environmental agencies, remote sensing experts, and data scientists to develop a breakthrough solution for real-time biomass monitoring and traceability in tropical forest ecosystems. Our solution harnesses the power of cutting-edge technologies, including Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Earth Observation satellite data, which is capable of penetrating cloud cover and capturing vegetation structure with high precision, regardless of weather conditions or time of day.
The proposed solution will deliver near-real-time insights into forest cover changes, deforestation hotspots, and reforestation progress, enabling governments, NGOs, conservationists to act swiftly and with confidence.
Beyond data, the solution is designed to empower local communities, who are often the custodians of forested areas, by giving them access to information and incentive frameworks that support sustainable land use, community-led reforestation, and climate resilience.
